Parties
This Participation Agreement is between DRC Forum USA, LLC ("DRC Forum USA") and every person or organization that registers on the DRC Forum USA website or member app (the "Member").
Registration, payment and approval
Registration creates a member account. Access to the digital badge, Zoom access, invitation letters, member documents, the Talent ID and public directory listings is granted only after the applicable fee is paid and approved by DRC Forum USA.
Payments may be made online in the member app or offline. Offline payments are activated only after DRC Forum USA verifies the payment and approves the account. Until then, paid content is shown as locked.
2026 fees: standard participation $100, student participation $50 (official university email required), talent membership $5 per month or $50 per year.
Public profiles and submitted projects
Talent profiles appear publicly only while the membership is active and approved. Only name, title, field and country are shown; contact details are never published.
Projects submitted by investors or talents are reviewed by DRC Forum USA and are published only after approval. DRC Forum USA may request changes, decline or remove any submission.
Member conduct
Members agree to provide accurate information, to respect other participants, and not to misuse, copy or resell forum content, member data or introductions made by DRC Forum USA.
Refunds and changes
Fees are non-transferable. Refund requests are reviewed case by case by DRC Forum USA. DRC Forum USA may adjust the program, format or schedule and will inform members through the member app.
Suspension
DRC Forum USA may suspend or close an account that breaches this agreement, provides false information or disputes a payment without cause.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DRC Forum USA, LLC is registered.
